B L A C K B E R R Y S E A S O N

It's the time of the year again where we walk excited next to the garden behind our house
and see all these tiny black knobbly balls hanging in the bushes and I immediately think
of having them in cakes and lemonades, on yoghurt or ice cream and
most of all in a jar as marmelade!

So we went outside this afternoon and gathered more than a kilo
of this delicious still a little sour fruit. Now we have
five jars of marmalade standing on our kitchen table and I can't wait
to eat it for breakfast on some good bread we made
the other day.
