Through The Week (30)
Time for catching up with the end of summer so I can share the first autumn memories with you soon! :)

More photos from our garden or should I say tomatoes? I feel a little like my body only consists out of tomatoes. :) We had even more than last year and it was so nice to take some time to cook delicious tomato sauce for the colder days when snow covers the tomato beds.
It makes me a little nostalgic already when I look at our last garden breakfast table. How nice it was…
I also remember the long bright evenings. They feel so far away even if they aren’t. I love to meet the sheep and eat a pear under the pear tree that grows the most adorable tiny pears, but no one ever harvests them.
Another evening I was longing so much for fresh air that I took out my inline skates and went out onto the path beside the chamomile. I was listening to this one song from Active Child called Another Life maybe 2o times while the sun started to look like a fire in the skye. It was so beautiful and it made me feel incredible alive.
Me and the early mornings.
The other day my dad brought me some of his butter pears which were even a little too good to turn into cake, but I made a delicious pear tarte with caramelized walnuts that I enjoyed on the garden table together with my book.
Little moments in and outside. :)
Before I went to Berlin for a little work trip Florian and I went on a little date to the village café and to the forest to pick mushrooms. :) It was actually our first time visiting the café after the pandemic started and as we were sitting there on the big table I realized how much I missed it.
And then somehow I were in Berlin which felt even more surreal than usually since I haven’t been to crowded places in a while. Beside working there I also met with some dear people. :)
Found some beautiful things in a little second hand store, had breakfasts in nice bakeries, discovered a hidden little birch forest and ate the best ice cream. :)
